Hi techie,
I'm getting following error while using writeToMultipleDataStoreEntities.
Input Parameters -
Entity - cons!DSE,Data - Record Type_______________________________________________________________
While I'm using writeToDataStoreEntity with same parameters then I'm not getting any error.

The public Appian documentation explains clearly how to configure that node. docs.appian.com/.../Write_to_Multiple_Data_Store_Entities_Smart_Service.html
Hi Stefan,
Thank for your comment in this discussion,I know how to configure the things in this smart service, It is giving me an error while using WriteToMultipleDataStoreEntity not to the WriteToDataStoreEntity. Even though I casted from dictionary to CDT, It is giving same error castInvalid to the WriteToMultipleDataStoreEntity not to the WriteToDataStoreEntity.
If there is any data type mismatch then why it is not giving an error while using WriteToDataStoreEntity.?
Because you try to feed a list of dictionaries into the a!entityData function. That does not work. You need to treat each item individually.
can you share the code?
/* BAD */ alentityData( {entity: cons!PEG_CMP_APPROVALHISTORY_DSE, data: pv!approvalHistory }, {entity:cons!PEG_CMP_REQUEST_DSE, data: pv!request } ) /* GOOD */ { a!entityData(entity: cons!PEG_CMP_APPROVALHISTORY_DSE, data: pv!approvalHistory), a!entityData(entity: cons!PEG_CMP_REQUEST_DSE, data: pv!request) }
