Hi Team - I have created a quick task channel on my dashboard and added a quick task.
The issue I am facing is the content in that channel shows up as "No items are currently available."...

If the quick task is not active of the user does not have permission for the QT, then that's how it'd appear. Make sure the security and privileges are correctly set.

Hi Sathya - The QT is available once it is activated in the same user (basic user). But when it is not active it is showing up like "No items .. " . pls suggest

That's the behavior of Quick Tasks channel. How do you want the system to behave?

Hi Sathya - I dont want system to show "No items available .... " , but to hide that channel which is not targetted for that user ....
This functionality is working for all others except one..

Because .. the target of the channel here is in question ( the QT assignment is also correct )

Hi Sathya - Thanks for the comments .. you were very clear .. i was thinking privileges in terms of Assignment of QT .. however the problem was the security of the process model. Thanks again
