Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a process model that receives incoming emails that contain certified emails as attachments, with an internal nesting degree usually greater than 3 (therefore at least 3 emails attached inside the attachment of the email sent to the process). With these types of attachments, the email sent to the process never reaches the received message node which I used to activate the process. If I then send an uncertified email, the node receives the email and the process is activated normally.
I attach a screenshot of the input node configuration, with the public event flagged.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Based on some info from your other post, be aware that in case any logic or expression in your start node fails, the process will not be started. Did you check the tomcat log file for any details?
hi, thanks for the fast reply sir. This certificate email are email with a sign certification, as shown in pitcure. I don't understand the second part: where i can find this tomcat log file in appian? And last thing, i haven't used any logical expression in the received node message event
