Does Appian provide functionality to control process data in a way to be able to delete data stored in a process based on some conditions?
My exampe is: I want to design a process that will remove data (all process history or only for selected process ids) saved in other process....

AFAIK this is not possible. But if the "other" processes are designed to wait for an trigger before they are completed and are archive/delete on completion you can control this from outside.

I can see the following smart services in the Designer: Delete Processes, Cancel Processes, Archive Processes. It seems that these are the functionalities that we can use to remove process data of one process from another process.
Does anyone have experience with this?

Yes. I used them in a project. They do what they say. In another project I put a receive message event at the end of the model. As the message is received the model does some status changes and DB clean up and gets archived immidiatelly.
