Hello,
1.- I have a dynamic interface that show some data depending on rule input variables.
2.- In this interface I have a a!startProcessLink that execute a PMO with interfaces in it so the user is sent out of the first interface.
3.-Problem: When the PMO is finished the previous interface is shown with default values and I want to show it with the values it had before the PMO was executed.
Is there any posiibility to solve this problem?

If those rule inputs are just parameters for a query getting the data, that won't work since the original interface will be refreshed once the user navigates back to it. I would think you would have to store the original values when you're starting your process via the startProcessLink.
it´s not for query data it is for tables that are shown if a variable is true or not, by default is false but the user can change it, and I want it to stayd changed after the Process ends
In that case, you'll probably want to persist it in the database.
So the only way to maintain a local variable or rule input is to save it in a data base?
Yes - database or process variable.
And haw can I retrieve the process variable after the process is finished?
The problem is, that you do not know when the process is completed. And you cannot reference a specific instance.
I would try to solve this in UI only with a process running in the background using startProcess(). But for making any kind of educated guess, I would need more details.
