HI ,
When we want to retrigger the new instance
1)Giving new instance values like id in process variables and click on start process for debugging then it will ask for save the process model. We have to click on that save ,Is there any other way to retrigger the process instance

I don't understand your question. Do you want to initiate the process instance without even saving the model? If yes, then you cannot do it. In order to trigger an instance, you will have to save it.
No I have to save but is that process okay to go
Yes, once you save and publish, then it becomes live and only then you can run an instance. That also means that every time this process model is triggered, it will create a similar instance with a different data footprint.
Actually without publishing can we retrigger the instance.Because if I publish everytime UUID of process model change from one environment to another .So without save &publish can I trigger the instance

what makes you think this?
Actually I am working in PROD environment so Sometimes I need to retrigger some of this instances .But my lead instructed to not to do Save and publish evrytime to retrigger the instance because UUID mismatch occur
1. You probably shouldn't be doing changes to process models in production. You should do the change in a dev or staging environment and push it.
2. You may however want to tweak a process instance that errored out. In that case, you can make changes to a live process instance via the monitoring tab, save with "Apply Changes" and then retrigger the node that errored out.
I would recommend a different design pattern. If you need to be able to start a process on demand, can you just create an action that you could trigger from a Site or Tempo? Then you can execute the process whenever you need to without having to access the Appian Designer in production.
