Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing a Load Error when I want to debug my process model. On the Monitor page, it does not show at all that the process has started. But in the Cloud Database, the information that was entered has been updated. And on the System Logs, it says that the "Server is UNAVAILABLE. Make sure your collector is running and reachable from this network. Full error message...." I also tried running it from the Record Type, but the same still happens.

May be its a server connectivity issue. Try contacting Appian support, may be they will guide you.
Can you check the configurations to see if your data management policy has been configured to delete the instances in 0 days.
Thank you Harshit, I had my process model delete the process after 0 days instead of 1 day.
