Our process model is sending a notification to a group email of about 700 or so people (xxx@abc.org) but it's not working. The notification email doesn't get sent out. However, we've tested the same process model with different group emails (yyy@abc.org) that have less people, probably like 20 or so, and that works. The process model is using send email smart service. Any thoughts? TIA

To clarify, is this an email box at the recipient organization that proceeds to forward the email in question to all the recipients on the list? If so, then it's probably a matter of the email recipient server spam-filtering incoming messages from Appian.
Especially for email, sending email is a completely different thing than receiving email. There is no guarantee and a whole jungle of things inbetween.
It is, and yep, after some digging around on the other end, they think it's also a security/spam filtering issue
