We are facing strange issue. We are not able to open a specific process model in our designer. We are getting a blank screen , the process is getting by that user who is trying to open the process model but the process model is nopt coming up on screen.This is not happening for other processes.

I have attached the screenshot and you will be able to see apart from that process all other processes have opened. Although the issue looks funny and strange but we really need a quick resolution. Could you please suggest why this might be happening ?...

Try closing all other process models and try to open this one again. If the issue persists monitor the application-sever.log and find the relevant error then focus on the Caused by clauses of that error. They will be more informative.
