User will complete one task namely task A today and the next task named task B should be created only at 5AM EST the next day. Until 5AM EST, the process has to be in waiting stage. Task A can be completed at any time the previous day. How to achieve this? Thanks in advance

Did you consider to schedule task B?

yeah something like thatbut I am not sure how to trigger it exactly at 5am EST. Like how to get time of that particular timezone and trigger it?and it should not change based on loggedin user's timezone. I am confused like which time value I can take as reference and proceed further
One approach is First, get the task A completed date and store it in a process variable and then for the Task B in the
Scheduling --> Sceduled start ---> dont start node until -->in the expression rule
now = pv!taskACompletedDate+1 and use local() function with the timezone as EST
A process has its own timezone. Check the process model properties dialog. In a process, there is no logged in user.
