User will complete one task namely task A today and the next task named task B should be created only at 5AM EST the next day. Until 5AM EST, the process has to be in waiting stage. Task A can be completed at any time the previous day. How to achieve this?Thanks in advance

Between Task A and Task B you can use timer event to wait untill the next day 5AM EST.
