Hi,
I am using doc extraction smart service by AI skill to extract the data from pdf , I have multiple files to extract and reconcile . Is there any way to assign all reconcilation tasks in a singel node?

Hello Bhargav, when you are trying to reconcile the files, Reconcile Doc Extraction Smart Service is used and in that smart service we will be passing the Document Extraction Id as the input which is not allow multiple values. So, we can only reconcile each file at a time and we have to use the looping in the process model to reconcile all the files.
is there any way i can use same task link to display all the reconcilation tasks like chaining all tasks so that user should not click on every task to complete.
Tasks and documents are two different things.
In a process, you can only assign one reconciliation task at a time. Then you can process the next document.
Can you explain your use case a bit, and what you are trying to achieve?
Hi Stefan, I am trying to extract documents like loan application forms,ID proofs,Tax forms etc .. ,so each documents needs individual smart services while reconciling also, but it's not user friendly to assign many tasks to reconcilers so i want to give a single task where they can reconcile by clicking next and submit. Is it possible?
Sorry, but the question is not whether it is user friendly to assign an Appian task for each user task. The question is, how you make them visible to users.
The problem here is, that you assign tasks to a group of users. Users pick tasks and complete them, then pick the next available task.
Before trying to reinvent the wheel, why not just try to OOTB way. Show a list of tasks and let the user pick one, complete and, then pick the next task. Trying to somehow navigating the user to the next (whatever this means) task, typically ends up in a troublesome mess.
i am showing them in task report only, in interface.Thank you Stefan.
The issue here is that users can pick any task at any time. If you try to identify "the next" task, it happens that this exact task is picked by someone else and the users only sees an error message. Trying to work around this is really difficult to get right.
