I need to configure a schedular which should run Monthly on first Monday. I'm not getting what to configure in month field. Please can anyone help me.

You can try writing some expression in timer event set up with weekday()
weekday(ri!weekday,2) will give 1 as monday and then you can have other check like if day part of date is greater then 7 then don't run.
