Error in Fitnesse testing

After runnig the example test getting error

I solved the first error message by simply including a log4 configuration file in the Fitnesse installation directory though it did not seem to log anything despite the configuration. 
 The last warning seems to be due to a mismatch in the dependencies. Doesn't seem to affect the functionality though.

 As I mentioned before. all this does is remove the error message but changes nothing. (no logging).
