Hi All,There is a requirement in my application to display a form (process) by clicking on the link from external system (Google chat). Initially once form is ready a link will be sent to the users(on Google chat), Then users can click on the same link and form should be loaded.Please suggest the better way to do this.

You would need to create an API which starts a process in Appian using parameters you sent and returns you a task URL. Your user can then click on the task url and complete the task.
