What is the best way to add a user just created with the Create User Smart Service to a specific group in my application, is there a specific smart service I can use for this in my process model?

Generally speaking the "Add Group Members" smart service should be sufficient - are you having any particular trouble?
Yes, I'm trying to configure the user to be added but without selecting it manually. right now my process model creates the user in the system and then I want to add it to the group, but it only works if I manually select the user in the Add group members node.
Hi, create the user using create user service , save the new user created in a process variable (output variable), pass that pv(user type) in the input of Add Group node.Pass the group name as constant/select the group. That is the standard process.
Anything else that you wish to perform here ?
You'd simply pass the new user's username into the node, using the expression editor.
