Hi All,
We are getting the following error in process model "This process has been inactive for a time period exceeding defined limits" . This error is occuring in a user input task. Can anyone let us know what is the reason behind getting this error? The process has been configured to run every day at 12am.

Hi sarath, can you share more details? What is the business meaning of the process? whats the config of the user input task? whats the config of the process?
Hi Richard,Every night 12am, this process will start running and create a user input task which will act as a reminder for the user. So if the user clicks on submit, some action will be performed. There are no extra configurations done in the process model or the user input task. Only configuration done is a timer has been set up to trigger the process at 12am. Somehow after a certain amount of time, this user input task is getting paused by exception.Thats all I have for now.
Hi sarath,

Check this similar issue hope it will give some info.
Found the issue. They are directly cancelling the tasks instead of cancelling the process instances. So the processes are getting paused by exception.
