Hi,
We are testing a new UAT environment on version 7.5. During a test run, one Send Alert smart service failed due to an empty variable. Since that, I changed the variable and tried to monitor the process instance, but when the monitoring windows opens, I get an error message with "An unknown error has occurred while loading the process." and can't see the process instance model. We never faced that issue and can't find a solution, please advice, thanks....

Reproduce this multiple times while monitoring the application server log to find the relevant error then focus on the "Caused by" clauses to find out the root cause.
