This function is part of the Custom Content Functions plugin. Make sure you have that plugin deployed to your environment

It has worked in the past, but isn't working today...

How can I verify that it is deployed to our environments in the cloud?

If the function is not coming under your functions section then you need to raise the ticket to your appian support team if you are on cloud. Usually the custom plugins gets undeployed when there is a network issue.
