Hello: I am unable to get the file menu on the process modeler to disappear

Hello:
I am unable to get the file menu on the process modeler to disappear.
I have restarted my PC, and have cleared the cache in Internet Explorer.

After clicking on the file menu, the menu will not disappear, even after selecting an option such as open or save as.

Any suggestions of how to fix this issue?...

Mark,

Which Appian/IE version are you using? Does this only happen in your machine or in different ones?
