Hello everyone!
I am not able to put any palette component into a process model. I tried clearing browser cache, restarting my machine still I can not insert any palette component. In my team, it is working fine on their machines. Can somebody please help me with this? What might be the cause? How can I resolve this?
Any inputs are welcome!
Thank you......

What operative system are you testing this on? If you're testing this on Windows Server you need to disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security

If you are using something different then try this:
1. Open a command prompt as the Administrator (right click - run as administrator)
2. Type this:
regsvr32 "%CommonProgramFiles%\\Microsoft Shared\\VGX\\vgx.dll".
3. Restart the browser and try again
