#CDT
I created a process that is using a CDT in our Development environment. I realized that the CDT existed in our UAT environment with a different Namespace. I deleted the CDT from Development, imported the CDT from UAT into Development and refreshed the CDT in the process model the Development to access the new CDT. I then imported the model into UAT. When I try to open the task that is accessing the CDT the system displays the following:
Please contact the system administrator for more information.
An error occurred when building an element. Type: message
id: pagingGridChildComponent_gridpaging31_1401912895796
error: Unable to get property 'constructor' of undefined or null reference

When trying to open the task in Development I get the same error.
I have a similar process in UAT and it there is no issue accessing the CDT. I don't want to delete the model with the issue. Is there something else I can do to resolve this issue? Thanks...

  • Thanks to the both of you for responding. I did refresh the variables containing the CDT to remove the ^ (carrot). After doing that I noticed that these text fields containing the names of the columns in the paging grid appear at the bottom of my form/task in the model. This was causing the error. Once I deleted the fields, I was able to open and submit the task containing the paging grid. I did not see these field initially. I noticed them after scrolling down on the form in the model.
