Please share your node configurations, and any code in the node inputs/outputs and your Process model Images.
Actually, what is happening that we are getting this error over the night without any process instance over the mail we get this error but not able to find any issue in process. Very strange behavior not able to understand.
Is this process model running on a scheduler? Also it would still help if you post the complete error message from the process model and screenshots of node configurations. Without more context, we will not be able to understand.

Can you share the email that you got?? And the error from the script task.
Still need details but try passing username properly.wrap it in tostring(). Check it standalone whether your code giving correct output
And one more suggestion, this won't solve your problem but I use it as a best practice.
Use the keyword arguments only when they are available. Look for auto suggestions to see if it supports them.
Coming to your error, as Venky said, please add the screenshot of the error for better understanding.
