I have a process model using the Export data store entity to Excel smart service that works; however, the Boolean values in one of the columns are being displayed as 1s and 0s rather than true or false. How do I configure the Export data store entity to Excel smart service to display "true" or "false" using toBoolean or cast function?

That node takes the data as it is stored in the database. In database, booleans are stored as 1/0.
This smart service has no capabilities to somehow transform data at export time.
It might be possible to create a database view that prepares the data for export. Then use that as the source.
