Alert mail:"A task is unassigned"(only in the production environment)

I am receiving an alert mail saying "A task is unassigned".

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

This error email occurs only in the production environment and cannot be reproduced in the development environment, so I would like to get as many clues as possible.

    We found that the assignment destination was null under certain conditions, and we were able to correct it and prevent the alert mail from being sent.

    But problems still remain.

    There are a test application and a production application in the same development environment, but an alert mail is sent only when the corresponding process model is copied and executed within the test application, and the alert mail is still not sent within the production application. Unable to reproduce.

    Since the environment is the same, I think it is due to a difference in the application, but I am having trouble identifying the difference.

    Can you think of any clues?
