Could it be that the connection between the XOR and the end node is actually between the UIT and the end node? Try to move the XOR up or down.

As Stefan mentioned have you thoroughly checked the connectivity between the nodes? try removing the XOR and adding it back again if so.
Yeah I'd drag the nodes around. See if the line from Cancel? is really FROM cancel, or if you nearly attached it to the line between User Input Task and End but not quite. I do that all the time
Try adding an script task between the XOR and the end node... just for testing
hi asmif1460 could check the connection between two nodes asStefan Helzle mentioned, or remove the node once and place it again. you have some script tasks between checking and running the model once for the test process

What did you change to solve this? In case others are looking for a solution to a similar issue.
I just pulled (connect) again the arrow line from XOR gate to End Node
