What is the data type of pv!testDate? GMT needs a "Date and Time" not only a "Date". Make sure your pv is of type "Date and Time"
If your PV is "Date and Time" please verify all db_PX*.log to see more about this error and the application-server log

Hi Eduardo,
This is one of fields in CDT with data type Date. Can you please guide how can I handle it without changing the field data type?

Actually from the rules interface it seems to be working fine since Appian should create a date time internally set to 00:00 with the date you are providing. Can you review the logs I mention after reproducing the error multiple times so you can verify the root cause?
