I'm using the Query Database smart service to connect to an external database. I've set up the connected system correctly, but when I run the process model, it doesn't work as expected and doesn't show any errors. However, when I use the Execute Stored Procedure smart service with the same connected system, it works fine. Can you help me understand why the Query Database smart service isn't working?

Did you check the tomcat stdout log file for details?

Well, without any additional details, this becomes pretty difficult.
It's complicated without more information....
Try executing the query from a DDBB Client, like Toad , DB Visualizer, using the same driver , connection string and query that you are actually using in your PM. Did it work?
