Hello,
I have a process for parsing data, and in one of the nodes, I'm checking whether the respective alert exists for a specific event. The script task has one output, which uses a QR rule to retrieve the alert based on the event's alert ID. The retrieved alert is then stored in another variable. The QR rule returns a single alert, which works as expected in all other environments, but in production, the result is null in the process model.
This issue has also occurred with other processes using the same rule and having multiple outputs, but when we split the logic into two subtasks, it worked fine. However, for this process, the problem persists. Could you suggest what might be causing this issue?

I can't think of much useful advice without at least seeing a screenshot of your script task's output configuration, etc.
One reason popping up in my mind for this behaviour might be security issues. The user running the process might not have proper permission to access the query rule or whatever that is being called inside the query rule. But as Mike Schmitt mentioned, its difficult to advice without any screenshot
Can you share more details on the script task
