I have a group called ITC Administrators. It contains two users. When I populate the To: field with ITC Administrators, the node does not send an email. If I manually input the two users, the node will send an email. I have also tried with another group in the application, and it does not work. The process model does not show any errors in the monitoring view. Any ideas on what could be causing the node to not work with application groups?

Did you check the outputs of the send email smart service? Is there anything in the "invalid" outputs?
Then, even if the emails are send successfully, it does not guarantee that the email are accepted by your mail server, or directly sent to spam.
Hi Stefan, thanks for the quick reply! None of the outputs for this node have been configured. Also, the spam folder was checked. No emails are going there. Emails do come through when the node is set up to send emails directly to users, so I assume the mail server is accepting emails.
I suggest to configure the outputs first to check whether this provides any insights. Next, check the tomcat stdout log file for any details. Then talk to your mail server admins.
