I'm attempting to reassign a task to another user, but I'm encountering an issue in the production environment. The user list for reassignment is appearing empty, which is preventing me from completing the task.
Does anyone know what's going on? I have a group called USERS that includes all the application's users. In the development and testing environments, everything works fine, but in the production environment, the user list is coming up empty.

Hi tiagosantos ,I'm not sure if you have tried the below approach just for further analysing the issue?Can we try fetching all the users within an process variable and check if the users are populating or not and then pass them in the reassign task smart service to reassign the tasks ?Also is there any reassignment being done on the swim lanes ? can we check the membership rules & visibility & privacy policy for that group ?And to answer your question with respect to Default user profile visibility.we cannot turn it off for specific groups
