Just wondering if the Appian supports updating nested CDTs as one transaction or whether we have to traverse the nested CDT and manually insert each child up to the parent individually?
Eg. Parent1 -> Child1 -> Child2 (requires 3 Write to Data Store Entities configured)
If this is not supported is there any thought of a future enhancement here?...

Writing parent1 writes the parent and all the children in one transaction.

Yeah, after some more research realized this was a pre-mature question and the Write Service takes care of it.

The cascade attribute is ALL by default. So unless you manually change this setting, updating a parent CDT value also affects the children.
