Is it possible to record task acceptance time into process variables (7.3)? This would not have to be calculated until task completion, but I do not believe we have access to task metrics (lag time) in the model - correct? My use case is that the customer would like have a time stamp visible in a report for task aceptance - however, the task in question loops back to itself (chained) during data validations, thus creating a new instance (making lag time not applicable). If the user accepts the task at 10 AM, validates data at 11 AM, the new acceptance time would show 11 AM even though had been were working on the "same" task for an hour - at that time lag() is updated from 1 hour to just about a second, since the chained task is "accepted" immediately. Any thoughts?...
