sync record returning null output

Question

Hi , 
 
 we are using sync record in process model, and syncing the case details but in output of record its not storing the PV of case details. 
 
 the same process model &iacute;ts working in DEV envionment but recently we deployed to production then in production its not working the flow., 
 
 could you someone suggest me how to figure it out?

Check if process variable mappings, permissions, and record Ids in the Sync Record smart service are correctly configured and consistent between DEV and Production. Also verify no data or environment differences block syncing, and review sync error logs in Production. Ensure the latest process deployment and do a manual record sync if needed. This usually resolves such inconsistencies.

Ensure the process in dev is identical in QA and Staging environments too. Try re-deploying the same process model Again in Prod.
