I've created a process that utilizes the PDF Doc from Template Smart Service that was working correctly until this past weekend. There were no changes to the process model or to the template used to create our documents. I use to see a fully filled out pdf and now am seeing a blank page with empty boxes that display a value when clicked. Has anyone encountered this before?New behavior:

Have you checked if other documents using the same smart service are having the same problem, or is it isolated to this one template?Download the generated PDF and open it in Adobe Reader to see if it displays correctly there (helps isolate if it's a viewer vs generation issue).
