Issue in Re-assignment of task within same pool.

I'm having a group named "GROUP A"
There are two users under "GROUP A" named "USER A" and "USER B".

The user input task assignment is configured to "GROUP A". The re-assignment privilege is chosen as "Can reassign the task within a pool of assignees".

First the "USER A" accepts the "Task" from "GROUP A".

Now the "USER A" tries to reassign "Task" to "USER C"(Not part of "GROUP A" group). It is throwing error, which is as expected due to the configured re-assignment privilege.

Afterwards, "USER A" tries to move task to "USER B"(Is part of "GROUP A" group). The task successfully moves to "USER B", which is working as expected.

Now, if "USER B" tries to reassign it to "USER C"(Not part of "GROUP A" group). The task is getting moved to "USER C", which should not happen as per the configured Re-assignment privileges.

Is there any fix for this issue ?
