Text value is converted to numeric form while generating excel

Hi Below is the data input to JSON to Excel smart service.

{testtName=314120-26000-008 Test Data, testPriority=A, id=17315}

When excel is generated the testName is converted to numeric value.

testName is of type text. but the smart service has converted it to numeric form.

How to avoid the default type conversion while generating excel.
