Where are the "Task Views" managed from? Looking for the ability

I did not find much other reference to this function, all the searches I did for calling web services only came up with the Call Web Service Smart Service - and it does not include a see also" entry for this function. It might be a good idea to add that in to the Smart Service documentation).
