I have a form in process which gets assigned to a group and if someone accepts that task I want to save the assigned to update the assigned to person name in DB. How can I achieve this? How can I save task property assigned to field in a PV unless the task is completed/submitted?...

Hi Ambrish,
You can use the task property owner (tp!owner) in the data outputs of your task and save it directly to a pv

Ambrish, I would like to understand the use case for this scenario, why do you need to store Task Owner in data base once user accepts it.

I want to store task owner in DB as there are few reports that are based on data available in database and owner is also going to be part of that data.

From my view , you need to use API ( assigment.assignee) for the same.
