Hi all,
i encounter an error when i try to run a sub-process as certain user A.
There is a problem with task “Sub-Process” in the process “eagle_empty”
Problem: The user does not have privilege to the process that the activity attempted to start.
I did add the group of this user into the security of the "sub-process model".
btw, this sub-process does nothing. only two nodes: start evnet and end event.
why does this happen?
thanks....

The link I sent is for you to review the difference among roles when it comes to Process Model Security. That link will help answering your question.

yes, thank you for that, i have another question about tempo report.
i'm going to create a report for one process instance in record.
originally i used getPortalReportDatasubset to get data from portal report.
i'm wondering how to create a tempo report?
i find "queryrecord" will return all records.
what i want to do is get all current tasks for one certain process instance or one record.

Also note that the Process Security documentation is missing 2 items for Managers - they also have these 2 access items which is not yet noted (AN-40122):
- Reassign tasks when reassignment is disabled
- View and complete tasks assigned to other users
