Is there a way to update the Process Initiator property during runtime? We're facing a problem with the e-mail notifications being sent from within our long-running process: since 'the current user assignment' is usually passed around several times during the lifecycle of the process, but the e-mails can only be sent as "initiator", and since subprocesses can only be run as "initiator" (and not expressionable to the current task owner stored in a PV), the e-mails always end up with a "From:" value equal to the one user who happened to kick off the process (but not necessarily the user who actually "sent" the notification). Any suggestions would be appreciated....

Correct, we're using the send email smart service (rather extensively). The custom sender idea looks intriguing, but I'm wondering if there's any chance a new custom sender could refer to an existing PV? I realize this would require the process model to have a PV with the exact name in question, but that would be manageable if it would work.
