Has anyone seen this error before?

Invalid Type: com.appiancorp.kougar.mapper.exceptions.ReturnException: Record value length (1) does not match instance property length (0) unable to convert <[array class [Ljava.lang.Object; length 1:AppId:42, FeeId:434] > of type <class [Ljava.lang.Object;> to type <class [Ljava.lang.Object;>) (Data Inputs)

=toxml(pv!variableName, true, "rootName", cons!EXAMPLE_NAMESPACE)

I am using toXml() function to convert cdt to xml. This has been working fine on DEV, and TEST environment, but recently we moved it to another environment, and there it does not work at all. CDT type and namespace is same as DEV enviornment. CDT type is also determined before expression execution.
