Setting Task Reassignment Rights

UI task ( Users to reject the task & cannot reassign the task - reassignment rights set ) assigned to group and if any user from that group accepts the task, has a Re-assign Task links appearing on left side navigation pane below Reject Task whereas reassignment rights set were not set for same

If UI task is chained from same user& opens the other task ( same reassignment rights set ) then Re-assign task does not appear.

yes it's reproducible on brand new form with same settings
