I have a user input with a SAIL form that I'm using to populate a new CDT. Once the sail form is submitted I am using the "Write to Datastore" note to save the data. This is working fine but how do I get back the autogenerated primary key of this CDT i just saved?

in the data outputs of the node there's a 'Stored Value' result. Save this as the PV you saved to the datastore. After executing this node that PV will have the CDT with the primary key value filled in.

Ah, Thanks conorc. I did try that, but what I did wrong was I set the input PV's 'Save Into' as my PV as well. Once I removed that, the new record created is populating my PV.

Ah, yeah, something to note is that data inputs get saved to PVs AFTER data outputs, so it'll override the save from the output screen.
