Anyone who encountered this type of error? "There is a problem with task “Get External P Vs Activity”. The user account for java.lang.NullPointerException could not be created. (APNX-1-4160-000)"

I'm trying to get existing pv value based on process ID using the Get external Pvs node in process designer, but i'm keep on getting the above error. Any suggestions? Thanks....

i already select the option 'Run as whoever designed this process model'. but still i keep on getting the same error message. any work around on this?
