We have process model and in this we have setup a "Send E-mail" smart service to send an email to the process initiator. When I am testing and running the model and accept the task it gives me a email alert as a process initiator. But the other team who is working as tester and not as Admin in Appian is not receiving this send-email alert.
Could anyone help me and let me know the solution would be helpful.

You should set the node to run as the process designer in the assignments tab. This should fix the issue you're encountering.

This email will only go to the Process Initiator as you have mentioned in the "To" Recipient field of the Email node

It’s not best practice to use pp!initiator, instead you can save initiator of process in process variable and use to process variable in To(if process is not running by designer context) or if the same user performing the 'PS Project Update Error' task you can save tp!owner of that task in process variable.
