@maheshp Hi, I would like to suggest to go through 'Receiving Emails' section at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.10/Mail_Server_Setup.html and then https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.10/Start_Event_-_Receive_Message.html, in order to understand how this whole functionality exactly works. If you haven't configured the server to receive emails and looking to setup the server, I could help you out by providing you an outline of what needs to be done, on the basis of what I did earlier. The only complex part here is the setup of the server.
