Hello,

I am using Appian 7.6 and I have set up an escalation in a User Input Task to send an alert e-mail at a specific time.
Is it possible to change the bold text (which by default is the label of the Task) that is part of the wrapper of the Body we define in the Configuration of the Escalation?

Is it possible to not have that wrapper at all and only display the Body Message we define in the configuration of the escalation?
