Hello guys,
it is possible to filter a specific type of exception? For example, i have the following process problem: "This notification is sent for canceled event messages of type Process to Process.Canceled consumed message in Message Filter (ERROR:EVAL:@reason=Invalid bean property name 'caseId' ..." and i want that users don't receive this kind of email notification. How can i accomplish this?
Thanks

Please validate if you are setting alerts for the process model from Properties -> Alerts tab. Alert settings ensures who should be recipients of the alerts/notifications in case anything breaks. As per the best practice, this should be assigned to Administrator group. This will sent notifications only to Administrator group.

I understand your suggestion, but imagine that i want that no one receive an email notification for this specific error. Is it possible to create like a spam filter on appian configurations? I found a file called "exception-type-config-process.xml" that has the exceptions's mapping but i didn't found this specific error. Any advices?

@fredericom, You can disable specific alerts. Go ot designer mode->click on 'Alerts'. There is an option for configuring the alerts on that page. You can also check this link -
