How can i get task id of a task that is assigned to a User, I can not use tp!id available on output, since task is not completed yet, it is just assigned? Any suggestion. Thanks...

A good work around for a timer to go to seconds is to put a decimal number in quotes I.E. (".2") to get to seconds. However, using a rule for the escalation which is always true I.E. "True" then it will happen immediately.
